Si-Fu Arthur is a qualified Fitness Instructor and is a Calisthenic Athlete. He uses his previous training in Gymnastics, Parkour, Free running to master body weight control.

Si-Mo Sapphyre Haynes

Si-Mo Sapphyre Haynes has been training Wing Tsun since February 2015.

She started Wing Tsun after returning from the US, where she spent 2 years, for self-defence and fitness as well as to meet new friends.

She previously did Tae Kwon Do as a teenager. Her favourite thing about Wing Tsun is that size doesn’t matter, you don’t have to be a big person to be able to apply the techniques you learn.
