Summer Camp


We host an annual summer camp abroad for a duration of 8-10 days. The camps allow students to have intensive training with our instructors, leaders and affiliated branch leaders. The hours trained is equivalent to around 3 months of normal training with the approach we take.

We go back to basics -combining intense Wing Tsun training, traditional Kung Fu exercises, and challenges which will test your mind, and ability to react under pressure.

This essentially is an old school Wing Tsun training camp. The ultimate goal is to sharpen your skills as well as make you fitter, stronger, faster and more knowledgeable in all areas of the art. But also, to experience what it would have been like to live amongst Kung Fu masters, brothers and sisters. To train with them, and work with them daily just like you would have in ancient China but with some modern challenges and games. We will live as a Kung Fu family and we will train like warriors.

Each student will be assigned a squad that they will be working with throughout the week. This enables students to get to know each other better and work together as a team. The highest achieving squad at the end of the week will be named winners and their names will be engraved on the Summer Camp plaque.

Training Information


The summer camp training is not like regular training in the schools, the purpose of the camp is to take you out of your comfort zone and to push you beyond your boundaries. To excel to a new level of heightened skill you must be disciplined and think like a martial artist.

For you to get the most out of the training you need to approach it with the appropriate mentality. Focus, do not give up, and push yourself further then you have ever done so before. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to really see what you can do if you consistently work hard for an intense period of time.

The instructors organise an all encompassing training schedule, and our goal is that you leave the summer camp fitter, faster, and stronger both mentally and physically.

The Camp is always somewhere that is occupied solely by us so that we have the capacity to run our programs and so that we can taste a little bit of history. Traditionally to learn Kung Fu on a deeper level you would have to live in a Monastery and dedicate your life to the teachings. At the camp, we live together, train together under a strict schedule and face challenges together.

Extra options:

  • Spartan Training (specifically in Greece) where you will have an extra 1 hours training that is not for the faint hearted. The Instructors will push you to build your stamina, fitness, cardio, fighting ability, and mental strength that bit further than the normal classes.


Depending on the locations we have at least two major group excursions such as:

  • Snorkelling

  • Boat trip

  • Site seeing on historic and major sites

The Villa includes:


  • Pool

  • Large eating area

  • Ping pong tables

  • Large court area

  • Running track

  • Modern and traditional training equipment

Survival Camp

The Survival camp is a 3 day weekend camping trip at Huntley Woods. A team of instructors led by Si-Fu Della O’Sullivan will teach you basic survival skills, challenges of survival, fitness training, how to use different types of weapons (Ranging from knives to bows to guns) and a lot of the Military based skills of Wing Tsun. All the students are divided into teams by the coordinators and will need to work as a team to emerge as the winners.

Survival Camp

Over the weekend, you will taking part in many challenges and skill tasks.


Wing Tsun

During the weekend, there will be Wing Tsun lessons taught by Si-Fu Della O’Sullivan, focusing around the defence and use of weapons.  

Weapons Practice

There will be opportunities for students to safely learn and practice how to use Bow and Arrow, Throwing weapons..

Survival Skills

The coordinators will also teach you skills such as how to start a fire, make purified water that’s safe to drink and making simple weapons used for hunting for game. These tasks will be done mostly working as a team.


Survival Challenges

In your teams, you will take part in survival challenges, working as a team to survive and win. Such challenges as Stealth and evading skills, Mystery adventure, and many more.
